Conscious Connected Breathwork

A therapy without talking. Using nothing but your own breath, we open a doorway into deep release and clarity — freeing what words alone can't reach.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
What it is

Conscious connected breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a simple, active breathing technique — breathing in through the mouth, then out, without a pause. Sustained gently over time, this circular breath quietens the thinking mind and opens the doorway into an altered state of consciousness, one that many describe as similar to deep meditation or plant-medicine journeys, but reached entirely through your own body.

As we breathe, I guide you gently — wherever energy or emotion has become stuck, the breath helps it move, so it can finally be felt, released and integrated.

Why people come

What breathwork can offer

Emotional release

A safe way to move through grief, anxiety, anger or old stored tension — without having to explain or relive the story behind it.

Stillness & clarity

Quiet the endless mental chatter and drop into a spaciousness that ordinary meditation can take years to find.

Energy in balance

The breath helps rebalance where you feel blocked, flat or overwhelmed, leaving you lighter and more grounded.

Nervous-system reset

Many leave feeling deeply rested and calmer for days — the body remembering how to settle.

Connection

A felt sense of reconnection — to your body, your intuition, and something larger than the day-to-day.

Perspective

A shift from “why is life happening to me” toward “what is this here to show me”.

A guided breathwork session
What to expect

Held safely, start to finish

Each session lasts 90 minutes. We start by talking you through the method, what to expect, and what to do if you need any support along the way — including an explanation of the breath hold, third-eye activation and vocal release.

Because breathwork can surface deep memory and emotion, we stay attentive to you the whole way through — trained to recognise the signs of overwhelm and to support you if anything difficult arises, so you never have to hold it alone.

Afterwards comes the rest phase — time lying quietly, warm and comfortable, to let the body settle and integrate what's moved. Before you leave, we talk through how to integrate the session once you're home, with simple suggestions to help the shift continue to land in the days that follow.

  • No experience necessary — the breath is simple to learn
  • Trauma-informed, gentle and fully guided
  • Nothing to “get right” — you simply breathe and allow
  • Space afterwards to rest, receive Reiki and note insights
